James lives in the sleepy village of Munster on the Kwa-Zulu Natal South Coast of South Africa. He is a classically trained guitarist with a deep passion for photography.

Like music, photography requires the need for technical excellence while allowing great creative freedom. James particularly enjoys the challenges of wedding photography as it requires a special mix of photojournalistic skills and creative flair.

While there is a time and place for posed photographs at every wedding, the natural images are the ones that will bring a real smile to your face as they capture true emotions and actual moments rather than elaborately contrived poses.
